Dennis Carl Herman, 60, of Chattanooga passed away Monday, June 4, 2012 at his home. Mr. Herman was a lineman with Elliot Construction Company. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Jean Herman and daughter-in-law, Menisha Vinson. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Herman of Chattanooga; son, Dennis Herman of Columbus, OH; step-sons, Shane, Chris and Travis Vinson of Hixson; brother, Michael Herman of Massillon, OH; sisters, Cathy Kay of East Ridge and Debbie Patterson of Massillon, OH; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends after 12 Noon on Wednesday at the funeral home.
