Phil Frederick 'Fred' Harris, 61, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Thursday, August 28, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents Phil and Maude Harris. Survivors include his daughter, Chaise (Gene) Ricketts of Soddy-Daisy; son, Daniel Anthony Harris of Stuart, FL; sister, Martha Gentry Shahan of Hixson and grandchildren, Paige Ricketts and Payton Harris. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday at Chattanooga National Cemetery. The funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:00 AM. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy-Daisy, TN. 37379.
