We will never forget the fun times with Shirley, Al, Renee,Jody, Alvin, Misty, Little Alvin, and Avery. We will miss greatly the love and the ability to hold not only your family, but our family together thru trying times but thru the good times as well. Renee and family, Your Mom was such an inspiration to my daughters as well as myself in and out of Girl Scouts. Misty loved coming to your house,(because your mom let you all do what ever you wanted to do). The camping trips and meetings that we all did together were more than just memories. We will always love and cherish the memories that we have made together. The cooking, the boat and the dock, these are all great memories that we shared. To all of the Rosamond family. It is one thirty in the morning on Sunday. I have been trying to write this for several hours. I find it frustratingly hard to put into words how much we love Shirley and the rest of the family and how sad we are to lose her in our lives.Eight years ago we were blessed to meet the family. As time wore on, Shirley and Al welcomed us in and became our extended family. Being from a family of only three remaining people, you will never know how much that has meant to me. In the best of times I saw your love and joy for life. In the worst of times I saw your strength and continuous class and compassion.The world is a better place for having had you in it.
