Obituary of Marie Louise O'Malley

Marie Louise Vicary McKay O'Malley, 90, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2009 in a local hospital. Marie was born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts on January 22, 1918 to the late Francis W. and Louise (Pepin) Vicary. She moved to Soddy-Daisy, TN in 1998. She was employed by Crocker Burbank, Fitchburg, MA; Rogers in the Square, Fitchburg, MA; Fitchburg, MA City Hall, Fitchburg Paper Co., Town of Westminster, MA, Office for Children Gardner and Worcester offices, Peterson Co. Worcester, MA. Marie was the widow of Herbert J. McKay and Richard M. O'Malley. Survivors include her daughter, Janet M. wife of Donald D. Doncaster of Hixson; sons, David H. McKay and wife, Jean of Everett, WA; and Francis E. McKay and wife, Barbara of Raleigh, NC; stepdaughter, Maureen O'Malley Peters Kessmann and husband, Ron; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, January 8, 2008 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Father Mike Creson as Celebrant. Interment will be in Massachusetts. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM Thursday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in her memory to Holy Spirit Catholic Church, P.O.
