My condolences to the Pulliams and Oldakers. Lisa was a big part of my happy childhood memories. As the first "cool" young person I knew, she taught me a lot. As the travelling babysitter for our family, she showed us so much love. I have remembered her fondly whenever looking through childhood photos and will continue to remember the light she brought into our lives.

Jim, we are so sorry for your loss. Lisa was like a sister to me and a daughter to mom & dad. Great memories growing up next door! May God bless you.

My heart is broken this morning as I learned the passing of Lisa. I had not seen Lisa in years, but I still remember her friendship. I remember one Sunday morning back in 1973 that Lisa and Jimmy showed up at Red Bank Church. I never felt more of kindred spirit than Lisa€™s. We immediately hit it off, she was one of a kind that€™s for sure. What a wonderful laughter she had and personality too. I€™m sure Lisa had friends everywhere she went. Jimmy, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Your old friend, Vickie Wilson

I was sorry to just now hear about Lisa's passing back in July of 2009. I am still in shock. She was such a good friend and always tried to stay in touch over the years. I was wondering why I never heard from her at Christmas time over the past years. Unfortunately, now I know. I hope it's not too late for this message to reach her family, Mrs. Pulliam, Jimmy and Cindy, and let you know how sad I am that she is gone at such a young age and what a special friend she was to me and so many other people. Lisa, Although you've been gone for several years, I think of you so often. We were always so close, like sisters instead of cousins. Over the years we grew apart. The last time I saw you, I begged you to take care of yourself because I didn't want anything to happen to you. I also asked you to call me so we could talk about the good times we had. You never did. What a shame we lived so close but never got together. I know the loss that Aunt Doris feels when she thinks of you. Losing a child is the most horrible thing that can happen to a mother. May the Good Lord be with you & may you find peace. I love you.
