Alice Lake, 85, of Soddy-Daisy and formerly of Central City, KY passed away Monday, June 14, 2010 at her residence. She has been a resident of Soddy-Daisy for the past two years and was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include her son, Ben (Susan) Lake of Soddy-Daisy; sister, Genevieve Elliott of Elizabethtown, KY; grandchildren, William B. Lake of Soddy-Daisy and Gina Lake (Ron) Barrow of Ringgold. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, KY. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM CDT until the time of the service on Wednesday at Tucker Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, 165 Hamm Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405. Local arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Soddy-Daisy, TN www.legacyfuneralhome.com.
