Joseph Romero, 76, of Sale Creek passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at his home. Mr. Romero was a Marine Corps Veteran of Korea, and then one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Romero; daughter and son-in-law Priscilla and Paul Geuss of Sale Creek ; granddaughter, Rachael Geuss; brothers, Leonard Romero of Jacksonville, FL and Steve Romero of Interlockland, FL; sister, Anna Joyce of Louisiana. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 19, 2010 in the funeral home chapel with Wayne Muse officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangements are by locally owned and operated Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy-Daisy, TN.
