Betty Jane Linder, 78, of Hixson passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2010 with her family by her side. Mrs. Linder was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Linder. Survivors include her sons, Toney Linder of Soddy-Daisy, Chip Linder of Hixson, Jerry Linder of Chattanooga and Billy Linder of Hixson; daughter, Diana Linder of Hixson and Rozalyn Bishop of East Ridge; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Brother Vernon Sneed officiating. Interment will follow the service in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
