Obituary of Oberia Jane Dillingham

Oberia Jane Dillingham, 95, of Chattanooga and formerly of Asheville, NC passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 in an area healthcare facility. Mrs. Dillingham was a member of Acton United Methodist Church in Asheville, North Carolina. She enjoyed gardening, music and reading. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Dillingham; daughter, Lynn Dillingham and brothers, Bynum and Ira Carson. Survivors include her daughter, Robin (Jim) Gibson of Chattanooga; grandson, Aidan Gibson of Chattanooga and nephew, Steve (Judy) Carson of Barnardsville, NC. Gravesides services will be held at 11AM on Monday, May 23, 2011 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Candler, NC. The family would like to thank Home Healthcare of East Tennessee and Hospice and Martin Boyd Christian Home for all the love and care shown to Mrs. Dillingham.
