Barbara Ann York Cejka, 74, of Chattanooga passed away on Monday, October 10, 2011 surrounded by her family. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, William 'Bill' Cejka; parents, William A. York and Evelyn Brownie York Turner; daughter, Susan Gail Phillips. Survivors include her daughter, Terri Lynn Snyder of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Tiffany Anne Gensemer and Adrianne Marie Snyder, both of Soddy-Daisy, and Crystal Gensemer Millholland of Chattanooga; and five great grandchildren; sister, Nancy McNamara of Red Bank; brothers, David York of Connecticut and Danny York of Rossville, GA. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Chattanooga for their loving care. Ann's final resting place will be in St. Petersburg, Florida.
