Obituary of Jerry Ables

Jerry Ables, 66, of Soddy-Daisy passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at his home. Jerry was a member of Gospel Assembly and retired as a tile setter after many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Coy and Mary Ables; sister, Phyllis Henderson ; brother, Bobby Ables. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Ables; daughter, Pam (Tony) Boyd; brother, Rick Ables; sisters, Joy Ables and Carolyn Eustice; grandchildren, Hunter and Hannah Boyd. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM EDT on Thursday, May 19, 2016 in Davis Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Essex officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
