Obituary of Dorla Ann Clark

Dorla Clark,79, of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, went home to be with The Lord on Sunday, October 20, 2019. She was born June 15,1940 in Anjean, WV to the late Claude and Edna Lewis.

 

Dorla was a lifelong resident of Soddy-Daisy area, and a member of New Salem Baptist Church.

She retired from Dixie Yarns

 

She loved her family and, especially her granddaughters and great-grandchildren. She had a lot of grandchildren that she chose and they know who they are.

 

Dorla Loved the Lord and raised her children to do the same.

 

She is survived by her husband, Boyd Clark; daughter, Robin (Eric) Legg; grandchildren, Erica (Jeremy) Marshall and Celia Legg; and great-Grandson, Paxton Marshall; brothers, King (Paulette) Lewis, Gary (Peggy) Lewis, Steve (Kaye) Lewis, Jim (Nancy) Lewis, and Doug (Jane) Lewis; and many nieces and nephews that she loved greatly.

 

A celebration of life will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 12406 Armstrong Rd., Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee 37379.

 

Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or to the Clark Family c/o Legacy Funeral Home.
