Obituary of Vincent "Vinnie" Frank Boscaino, Jr.

Vincent “Vinnie” Frank Boscaino, Jr., age 55, passed away unexpectedly on June 14, 2023, in California. He was born on June 10, 1968 in Galway, NY, the youngest of seven children. If you had the honor of knowing Vincent, you knew what a beautiful spirit he had. His life wasn’t an easy one, but his kind and loving heart always shone through, even on the hardest of days. Vincent was very crafty and loved to build/create things with his hands. He was also an excellent, self-taught small appliance repairman. He loved spending time with animals, and participated in a program where he helped train service dogs. He also had the opportunity to be involved with an equine therapy program. However, his favorite thing to do was taking care of stray cats and kittens. His big dream was to one day open a cat rescue. Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Bertha Boscaino, and a brother, Donald Boscaino. He is survived by two sisters, Susan (Jamie) Moss and Cathy (Wayne) Doss, three brothers, Roy, Ronald, and James Boscaino, as well as aunts, uncles, and several nieces and nephews. Also left to cherish his memory, is the special lady in his life, Shannon. Their love for one another filled him with a hope for a beautiful future. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023, 1:00 p.m., at Middle Valley Church of Christ, located at 1836 Thrasher Pike, Hixson, TN 37343. If desired, a contribution in his honor/memory can be made to True Rescue, a large cat rescue located at 12110 Lebanon Rd, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.
