Obituary of Katherine Jeanette Williams

Katherine Jeanette Williams, 93, of Chattanooga passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 in an area healthcare facility. Mrs. Williams was born on December 15, 1922 in South Pittsburg, TN to the late, Henry and Mattie Ferguson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orbie Williams; son, Tommy Williams; daughter, Sandra Williams. Survivors include her daughters, Diane (Jonathan) Hurst and Yvonne (Jim) Terney; son, Gary (Theresa) Williams; eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 15, 2016 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Pickett officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-6 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to, Cystic Fibrosis Association, 1021 E. S.E Loop 323, Suite 300C Tyler, TX 75701.
