I just wanted to say how truly sorry I am to read of the passing of Butch. I attended Soddy Daisy High with him and it was ironic because there were 3 Butches in that class. I will always remember the good times I had during those years and my friendship with Butch. May God bless his family and give them the love and comfort only He can. Butch Thomas
So sorry to hear about Butch's "home-going". He was a man of the highest integrity and character...kind, considerate, caring, respectful...to all of his students and co-workers. It was an honor to teach on the same staff with him at Sequoyah for 14 years. He will be greatly missed. May God give comfort and peace to each member of his family.
