Obituary of Phyllis M. Brown

Phyllis M. Brown passed away peacefully the morning of March 2nd. A native of Flintstone, GA, she will be laid to rest with her parents. A graduate of City High School, Ms. Brown moved to Chattanooga and worked for BCBS of TN for 34 years. Survivors include her daughter Stephanie Austin, son-in-law Stephen Austin, granddaughter Abi Austin as well as many family members. Visitation will be Friday, March 10th from 5:30 to 8:00 pm at Wann Funeral Home and there will be a service on Saturday, March 11th at 11:00 am at the Wann Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wann Funeral Home & Cremation Center, at the foot of historic Lookout Mountain, St. Elmo.
