Obituary of Vicky Ann DeVine

Vicky DeVine, 53, of Chattanooga, died Thursday, July 16, 2014 at her residence. She was of the Church of God faith and was preceded in death by her sister and brother, Darlene and James DeVine, Jr. Survivors include her son, Justin DeVine, Chattanooga; parents, James Sr. and Geneva DeVine, Chattanooga; sisters, Diane Allen, Atlanta, and Valla Phillips, Soddy-Daisy; and several nieces and nephews.
