Obituary of Sam Lewallen

Sam Lewallen, Sr., 73 of Middle Valley, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 16, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Joyce Ann, his parents, Mollie Couch and Ace Louallen, brothers, Jim Louallen and Andy Turner.
He is survived by sons, Sam (Pam) Lewallen, Jr., Bakewell, Michael Lewallen, Middle Valley, Tony (Regina) Lewallen, Dayton, sisters, Geraldine (Leroy) Philyaw, Edwina Farmer, and Susan (Greg) Auther; brothers, Johnny and Tommy Louallen; five grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 AM Friday in the chapel of Legacy Funeral Home with Rev. Mack Louallen officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 4 - 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Soddy-Daisy
