Obituary of Kenneth Sims

Kenneth Sims Kenneth Sims, 68, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2006 in an area hospital. He attended New Salem Baptist Church and Green Pond Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martisha Sims; daughter, Sharon Sims; Brother, J.O. Sims; Parents, James Guy Sims and Minnie Sims. Survivors include his son, Brad Sims, of Soddy-Daisy; daughter, Wanda Linz, of Soddy-Daisy; Brother, Charles Sims, of Harrison; Sisters, Edna Smith and Dot Evans Butler, both of Hixson; Grandchildren, Jamie Angland, of Middle Valley, Eric McDonald, of Atlanta, Georgia, Tracy Sims, Mandy Roberts, Lacie Linz, Tanner Linz and Benjamin Sims, all of Soddy-Daisy, and 2 Great-Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Wilburn Hardyman officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
