Obituary of Mary Sue Davis

Mary Sue Davis, 50 of Soddy-Daisy passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2007. She was born on November 10, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky. Mary Sue was previously employed by Brock Insurance Agency in Rossville, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur D. Shown, Sr. and Ruby Elliott. Survivors include her loving husband, Dennis and son, Corey, both of Soddy-Daisy; beloved sister, Linda (Tim) Thompson; father-in-law, Wayne Whitford; nephews, Bill (Angie) and Brian (Kim) Thompson; great-niece Hannah, great-nephews, Justin and Chris, all of Louisville, KY. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 14, 2007 in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7-9 PM Thursday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank all of Mary Sue's co-workers and friends for their love and care, especially during her illness. A special thanks to her dear friends, Ann McClure and Kenny Harrell.
