Lucille Juanita Gooden, 82 of Soddy-Daisy passed way Sunday, May 4, 2008 in an area hospital. She was a member of Green Pond Baptist Church. She was preceded in a death by her husband, Rev. Frank Gooden. Survivors include her son, Mickey Gooden of Soddy-Daisy; daughters, Frankie Mincey and Donna Avans, both of Soddy-Daisy; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Wilburn Hardyman officiating. Interment will follow in Patterson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-9:00 PM Monday and from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
