Obituary of Franklin D Reeves

Franklin D. 'Frank' Reeves, 56 of Hixson, Tennessee and formerly of Reeves, Louisiana passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008 at his residence. He was currently employed by URS Corp. ADVATECH. Frank was a construction manager at W.R. Grace and Chattanooga Boiler and Tank Companies. He was a former member of Local #106 Pipe Fitters in Lake Charles, LA. He was a very happy and loving person that enjoyed telling jokes and stories. Frank was an avid fisherman and a motorcycle enthusiast. He is survived by his wife, Lavonne Reeves; parents, Mancel and June Reeves; mother-in-law, Jane Goodin; children, Matthew (Tia) Reeves, Amanda (Matthew) Marcantel, James Reeves, Rachel (Terry) McDaniel and Sarah Sutherland; brothers, Billy (Susie) Reeves and Tim (Theresa) Reeves; sister, Susie (David) McDaniel; ten grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and too many friends and loved ones to count. The family will receive friends from 2-6 PM on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at their home on Highcrest Court. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Creel Memorial Cemetery in Bel, Louisiana.
