I loved all the time you came down to stay with us during Christmas and other times. I'll miss that, but I know that you will always be with us in our hearts. I know that you are enjoying it in heaven now, the place that you've always wanted to go to most. We love you and will miss you here, one day we'll see each other again in the kingdom of heaven. Love, Matthew

So many fond and unforgettable memories€¦all of those mornings sitting and watching Captain Kangaroo and Mr. Green Jeans, and eating peanut butter with Kayro syrup and biscuits. She always seemed to somehow make the simple things so special. She has been a blessing and touched the lives of so many people, and will never be forgotten. Love forever. Wormy.

Maw Maw..so many memories, so many good times. I enjoyed all of my growing up life with you, learning about only being 'pretty' and not 'ugly', about how Jesus loves us and how we should always hold His unchanging hand and He will never depart from us. Your words have always and will always linger in my thoughts, and I will always use them on the girls. You have been such a good Christian influence on our entire family and we appreciate that so much. You and Paw Paw started my love for Jesus when you used to come and get me and take me to church all of the time. You planted the seed in me and I am so grateful for that; tell Mama I said hello and I love her very much. Tell Paw Paw I love him too and I will see all of you again one day. I love you so much!

There are so many qualities that Ma Maw had, they are far to numerous to recount. Her compassion, kindness, and gentle being will be missed by all of us we knew and loved her. €œStrange is our situation here upon earth. Each of us comes for a short visit, not knowing why, yet sometimes seeming to a divine purpose. From the standpoint of daily life, however, there is one thing we do know: That we are here for the sake of others€¦for the countless unknown souls with whose fate we are connected by a bond of sympathy. €œMany times a day, I realize how much my outer and inner life is built upon the labors of people, both living and dead, and how earnestly I must exert myself in order to give in return as much as I have received.€- Albert Einstein Ma Maw, Thank you so much for all that you taught me. I am so lucky to have had you in my life. I want to share the following poem with all of you who loved my grandmother. These are words she often said to me. TO THOSE I LOVE When I am gone, release me, let me go I have so many things to see and do You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears be thankful for our beautiful years I gave to you my love. You can only guess how much you gave to me in happiness I thank you for the love you each have shown but now it's time I traveled on alone. So grieve awhile for me. If grieve you must, Then let your grief by comforted by trust. It's only for a while that we must part so bless the memories within your heart. I won't be far away, for life goes on, so if you need me, call, and I will come Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near and if you listen with your heart, you'll hear all of my love around you soft and clear. ~~ Author Unknown ~~ Angela
