Mary Christine "Tina" Oxford of Lookout Mountain died Monday, February 16, 2015. She was born September 25, 1944 in Chattanooga, TN. She was a life long member of the Church of the Good Shepherd. She graduated from the Girls Preparatory School and Mount Vernon Jr. College in Washington D.C. Tina is predeceased in death by her father Lt. Mario Comolli and stepfather Dr. E. Wayne Gilley. She is survived by her mother Christine R. Gilley, her husband Barry P. Oxford, her son Barry P. Oxford Jr. (Angelica), her daughter Drewry P. Oxford, her granddaughter Mabel Christine Oxford and her step brother Dr. James Gilley, and step sisters Caroline Willingham and Susan Carson. The entire Oxford family would like to extend their gratitude to Tiffany Taylor, Kathy Culver, Lisa Overby and Sandy Tidwell for their loving care and friendship. Services will be held at 3:30 PM on Friday, February 20th at the Church of the Good Shepherd. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 211 Franklin Road Lookout Mountain, TN 37350 or to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center 1515 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston TX, 77030.
