I am forever indebted to Peter for my 38 years of residence in Chattanooga. We met in the mid-seventies in Roanoke, Va where I purchased apparel from Peter at Standard Knitting, then later from Signal Knitting. Our relationship, business and personal, continued and evolved when Peter encouraged me to apply for a job at Signal.
The rest is history! I became his associate, moved temporarily into his guest house on Missionary Ridge, and 3 days later met my wife of 36 years. He and Anne even hosted our engagement party.
Thank You Peter!! Barbara and I will never forget you.
